I found this hotel to be a mixed bag. The location was superb, right in the heart of Vienna and very convenient. The shared bathroom situation was a bit of a letdown given the single shower for all guests, but the value for money was reasonable. The service, while good on the night shift, lacked additional features like dry cleaning that some may find essential.
